Based on observations, personal associations and performative interventions Jacobs and Koolen made a cinematographic document about the Dutch city of IJsselstein. Sometimes as a loner in a group, as mysterious community or as a large anonymous mass the citizens of IJsselstein engage in a great variety of social and historical cultural events. ACE OF SPACE shows the surprising versatility of this most average city of the Netherlands through the eyes of the outsider who becomes an inseparable part of the story. On show in Museum IJsselstein until the 23th of Februari 2020
